Qui, davanti ai nostri occhi,
agli occhi dei nostri figli,

Non è guerra?

Lascia, una lieve pressione
all’immaginazione la scena,
ed il lamento…

Il lamento diventa grido di dolore.

Per le cose perse, svanite nel nulla,
dove sono i miei cari?
Per le cose di cui ci hanno privato,
dove siete?

Il sole non sorge più
e la macchina avanza lenta
verso di noi...

Come posso restare immobile
dinanzi a tutto ciò?
